  • Custom Reports - while TASKE already includes a number of reports, they don't always match perfectly everyone's business model. We can combine your business data with TASKE data to create your own measures of success or calculate new measures of service using your unique formulas. Design your reports to show only the data that is important to you and your business.
  • Data Warehouse - TASKE collects detailed information on every call your business makes or receives. We can provide this information in a SQL database giving your team the ability to generate their own detailed reports, or we can create them for you.

System Health Check

Our professions services team will perform a comprehensive System Health Check and will adjust your system as needed to ensure it is configured for optimal performance. Training can be added to this project to ensure all administrators and users are up to speed with the latest and greatest of your TASKE software.

Implementation Service

Partnering with select resellers, we can help you find the right hardware, software and other infrastructure components according to your needs. Together we work through your requirements and prepare a Detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for the implementation of the TASKE solution. This includes a description of all provided and required hardware and software configurations plus descriptions of any additional custom work required by our Analytics team. Our team will demonstrate the key features of your TASKE system, and additionally, you will have the opportunity to observe and interact with installation personnel in order to get additional first-hand experience with the overall system.
