The Administrator log is registering the following error:
csta universal failure for invokeID xxx, ref=yyyy, rc=12 INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER
INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER (12) indicates that the referenced device (ref=yyyy) can not be monitored by the TSAPI Service.
Examples of devices which can not be monitored by the TSAPI Service include Non-ACD Hunt Groups and Attendant Consoles.
If the referenced device does not exist on Communication Manager, delete this resouce from both the TASKE Administrator and TSAPI Service Security Database.
