The Administration log is registering the following error:
csta universal failure for invokeID xxx, ref=yyyy, rc=12 INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER
INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER (12) indicates that the referenced device (ref=yyyy) can not be monitored by the TSAPI Service.
Examples of devices which can not be monitored by the TSAPI Service include Non-ACD Hunt Groups and Attendant Consoles.
If the referenced device does not exist on Communication Manager, delete this resource from both TASKE and Avaya Security Database (SDB) if using the SDB for device monitors.
