TASKE Logs Show acsOpenStream failed Error

Issue

The Administrator log is registering the following error:

acsOpenStream failed, rc=-8

Following this error, data collection on the CTI Tab of the TASKE Information Server will halt.

Reason

This is a known issue with Application Enablement Services (AES) 3.0 Build 46, 3.0.1 Build 50.1.

Solution

This issue has been resolved in Application Enablement Services 3.1.

A temporary solution for this issue is to restart the TSAPI Service from the Application Enablement Services OAM Webpage.
