Real-Time Applets are Missing in TASKE

The agent state charts or extension state charts are not displaying in the Real-Time area of TASKE.


The most probable cause of this issue is that Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE™) 5.0 is installed on the TASKE client computer. J2SE 5.0 introduced changes that prevent the display of the real-time state charts in TASKE web sites.

To check the J2SE version, open the Microsoft® Windows Control Panel and select Java Plug-in to open the Java™ Plug-in Control Panel. Select the About tab and note the version number.


To resolve the conflict between Java and TASKE, both the TASKE and the Java installations must be upgraded. Contact TASKE Support for assistance.
