Recorded Calls Do Not Play in Visualizer

Summary

TASKE Contact integrates with OAISYS Tracer from Computer Telephony Solutions, Inc. (CTS). This integration allows users to play recorded calls through  TASKE Visualizer. This article explains why the call playback features may not play recorded calls and how to restore this functionality.

Issue

The Play option in Visualizer does not play the recorded call.

Reason

The computer does not have the Microsoft® Windows desktop version of OAISYS Replay installed. OAISYS Web Replay is not sufficient. TASKE requires the Windows desktop version of OAISYS Replay to play recorded calls.

Solution

Installing the Windows desktop version of OAISYS Replay will allow the call playback features for Visualizer to function properly.
