Issue

The following error appears when launching DisplayCentral:

The database could not be created or initialized.

Reason

The path to the Site Data folder on the TASKE Server computer is incorrect in the Windows Registry. The TASKE database file is located in this folder and can not be accessed by the client application.

Solution

Use the TASKE Client Configuration utility by launching the following application on the TASKE Client computer:

%install directory%\TASKE\Contact\ttclicfg.exe

By default, the install directory is C:\Program Files.

Enter the correct TASKE Server Address and Site Data Path.
