Queue reports show very few or no abandoned calls.
When entering a delay announcement device in TASKE Administrator, an incorrect port type was assigned to the device. This issue also occurs if the delay announcement device is missing from TASKE Administrator. In particular, this is for announcement devices used to provide information to callers in queue.
Configure all delay announcement devices with the correct port type in TASKE Administrator. The following table shows the port type for each telephone system:
