Increase the Frequency of Call XML Exports

Issue

The TASKE Call XML Export wizard allows for the export of TASKE call data into XML files for use in other applications. The default schedule allows for this export to occur automatically once each day. Some enterprises require more frequent exports.

Requirements

TASKE version 2018.2 or higher. A TASKE XML license.

Solution

Use the Windows Task Scheduler to schedule the XML Export:

  1. Open the Windows Task Scheduler and create a new task.
  2. Add a trigger to run the task as often as you require.
    • For example, you could have the task run Daily and repeated every 30 minutes.
  3. Add an action which runs the TASKE XML Export as follows
    ttcxerpt.exe -d today
