Following the first year, you have the option of renewing your support plan. We offer different levels of support so that you can choose the right plan for you. Let’s look at a few reasons for renewing (or reinstating) your plan.

Keep software up-to-date

Ongoing releases of our software include feature enhancements and security updates. Not only do you receive additional software functionality, but you’re protected against the security vulnerabilities exposed regularly in today’s world of hackers and other types of malicious activity against IT networks and systems.

Obtain after-hours support

Every TASKE support plan gives you access to our support professionals Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There may be times, however, when you’d like to extend the time that TASKE support professionals are available to you, such as when performing overnight system maintenance. With four hours of after-hours support, you can make an appointment with TASKE support professionals for assistance to ensure that your TASKE system is up and running before your business opens the next day.

Control costs

There are several ways that a TASKE support plan can save you money. One situation that we frequently see is where a customer changes telephone systems. With a TASKE support plan, we’ll provide you with TASKE software and licenses for the new system, as well as all the guidance you need to migrate TASKE. Another cost-saving benefit is that, when under a TASKE support plan, you aren’t limited to purchasing support plans one year at a time. You can opt to renew for multiple years, at today’s price.

Access training

Whether your staff changes or you’d like to know more about TASKE software, TASKE support plans include a variety of training options, including onsite sessions for hands-on learning. Alternatively, online training lets you learn at your own pace or as time allows.
