TASKE Contact, Essential and Reporter Version 8.7 Reach End Of Life

TASKE Technology announces the end of life of version 8.7 of their product lines TASKE Contact, Essential and Reporter on the Avaya MERLIN MAGIX platform, the Inter-Tel Axxess platform and all Mitel platforms. Effective immediately Total Care maintenance contracts for these platforms will no longer be available for purchase.  Customers with existing Total Care maintenance contracts will continue to receive best-effort support from TASKE until their respective expiry dates.

Additional items such as agents, supervisors and any peripheral software such as Desktop and DisplayCentral will be available for purchase to those currently under a Total Care agreement for one year.

Your TASKE license is transferrable to any of our other supported platforms: Avaya, Cisco, Iwatsu and Toshiba. You will receive a license to match your current license levels (ie., number of agents, supervisors, etc.). Services for installation and training are an additional cost.
