Installation Services
TASKE Technology offers training services to help with the install and to optimize the software's use. These services are available remotely or on-site.
People purchase TASKE's training sessions and installation services to:
- have an expert perform the install
- use each version of the software to its full potential
- further their understanding of a particular product
- take advantage of the qualified technician's expertise
Note: For TASKE Essential and TASKE Reporter, only TASKE Server Installation is required.
Install Services
TASKE Server
- verify minimum system requirements
- verify telephone system connectivity and program setup to supply TASKE software with data
- verify license information
- verify install configuration (standalone, network)
- verify integrity of data stream from PBX
- verify server IP address and computer name
- install the server software (setting IP addresses, filing destinations)
- verify data and database conversion program completed (if upgrade)
- launch TASKE Information Server, confirm data collection and file to data folders
- program the TASKE Administrator
- launch the web portal to verify real-time functionality
TASKE Desktop
- verify minimum system requirements
- install TASKE Desktop software
- verify connectivity to TASKE computer
- launch TASKE Desktop to verify privileges
- setup settings based on the customer's requirements
DisplayCentral
- verify minimum system requirements
- install DisplayCentral Designer on appropriate computer(s)
- install DisplayCentral on computer attached to LCD/plasma display
- use DisplayCentral Designer to create a layout file
- explain how to set alarms, performance indicators, web pages, and news feeds
- use DisplayCentral Designer to set the new layout on DisplayCentral computer
- run DisplayCentral
