Summary

This article describes the proccedure of installing TASKE Reporter on a Toshiba Strata MAS.

Issue

Toshiba Strata MAS systems have TASKE Contact pre-installed; TASKE Contact and TASKE Reporter cannot co-exist on the same computer. To replace TASKE Contact with TASKE Reporter, please follow the steps listed in the Solutions section below.

Solution

Important: Before begining the install process ensure that you have applied a TASKE Reporter license key to the MAS using Toshiba FYI.
  1. From the Start menu, select Programs, TASKE and click on Console.
  2. Click on the Actions menu and choose Stop all TASKE Servers.
  3. Start the TASKE Reporter setup. Setup will remove any existing TASKE applications.
  4. When the uninstall process has completed the TASKE Reporter setup will begin.
