Summary
When referring to account codes for Toshiba telephone systems, it is important to know the difference between the various types of account codes and which of these account code types are available to TASKE applications for reporting purposes.
There are three types of account codes available. These are:
CIX Account Codes: CIX account codes are a feature of the telephone system that are typically used to restrict outbound dialing. These account codes are not associated with Strata ACD and are not supported by TASKE applications. Strata ACD Work Units: Strata ACD work units are a feature of Strata ACD that are used to track calls. Strata ACD work units are supported by TASKE applications. OAISYS Account Codes: OAISYS account codes are a feature of OAISYS Net Phone1 that are used to track calls. OAISYS account codes are supported by TASKE applications.
A single call may include both Strata ACD work units and OAISYS account codes. In TASKE reports, a call is credited with the last Strata ACD work unit or OAISYS account code that was entered for the call. TASKE Visualizer filters will return call records for any Strata ACD work unit or OAISYS account code, regardless of when it was entered during a call. Before TASKE applications can report on account code usage, all account codes (Strata ACD work units and OAISYS account codes) must be entered in the Account Codes page of TASKE Administrator.
