Important: note the following before selecting a TASKE server computer and installing the TASKE Contact server applications:

  • the requirements in this article operate on the assumption that the TASKE server computer is dedicated to TASKE server applications.

  • the requirements in this article are recommended for sites with up to 50 agents. Sites with more than 50 agents and high call volume should increase the server computer processing speed.

  • TASKE does not currently recommend using computers with multiple processors as TASKE server computers.

  • although a desktop computer is acceptable for the TASKE server computer, TASKE recommends using an entry-level server computer. Regardless of the type of computer used, a Microsoft® server-level operating system is recommended.
