Article 10005: TASKE WallSign Server and Administrator System Requirements

Important: before selecting a TASKE WallSign server computer and installing the TASKE WallSign server applications, note the following:

the requirements in this article assume that the TASKE server computer is dedicated to TASKE server applications.
TASKE does not currently recommend using computers with multiple processors as TASKE server computers.
although a desktop computer is acceptable for the TASKE server computer, TASKE recommends using an entry-level server computer. Regardless of the type of computer used, a Microsoft^® server-level operating system is recommended.
the WallSign Server application may reside on the TASKE Contact server computer or any computer with a network connection to the TASKE Contact server computer
if the WallSign Server application resides on the TASKE Contact server computer, the system requirements for the TASKE Contact server applications override those of the WallSign Server application
the WallSign Server and Administrator may reside on the same computer or separate computers. If residing on separate computers, the computers must maintain a network connection
