- Extension by Call Detail (MiTAI connected telephone systems only)
- Queue Activity by Period*
- Queue Activity by Pairs of Account Codes*
- Queue Group Activity by Period*
- Queue Group Activity by Pairs of Account Codes*
- Agent Group by Agent (only reports the quantity of account codes entered)*
