Summary

This article explains how to search for calls to Non-ACD Hunt Groups using Visualizer.

Before proceeding with this article, please refer to Article 70039: Adding Non-ACD Hunt Groups to the TASKE Administrator.

From the Visualizer area, create a new filter.

Contact:

  • From the Search Options page, click Edit for Extensions
  • Click Edit for Only Selected Extensions
  • Enable the check boxes of the extensions in the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
  • Click Edit for Only Selected Extension Groups
  • Enable the check box of the Extension Group for the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save.
  • Click Done and then click Search

Essential:

  • From the Search Options page, click Edit for Extensions and Departments
  • Click Edit for Only Selected Extensions
  • Enable the check boxes of the extensions in the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
  • Click Edit for Only Selected Departments
  • Enable the check box of the Department number for the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
  • Click Done and then click Search
