Article 70040: Using Visualizer to Filter on Non-ACD Hunt Group Calls

Summary
This article explains how to search for calls to Non-ACD Hunt Groups using Visualizer.
Before proceeding with this article, please refer to Article 70039: Adding Non-ACD Hunt Groups to the TASKE Administrator.
From the Visualizer area, create a new filter.
Contact:
- From the Search Options page, click Edit for Extensions
- Click Edit for Only Selected Extensions
- Enable the check boxes of the extensions in the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
- Click Edit for Only Selected Extension Groups
- Enable the check box of the Extension Group for the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save.
- Click Done and then click Search
Essential:
- From the Search Options page, click Edit for Extensions and Departments
- Click Edit for Only Selected Extensions
- Enable the check boxes of the extensions in the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
- Click Edit for Only Selected Departments
- Enable the check box of the Department number for the Non-ACD Hunt Group and click Save
- Click Done and then click Search
