To do this, open the properties page for the board in the Windows Device Manager. On the General tab, verify that the board is working properly and is not conflicting with any other devices. Editing the Eicon Diva 2.02 ISDN Board Name in the Windows System Registry

The Eicon Diva 2.02 ISDN board name must be added to a key in the Windows system registry. To do this, open the Microsoft Windows Registry Editor and browse to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Expanding this key reveals sub keys 0000 to xxxx. Scroll through these keys and locate the key where the DriverDesc entry is set to Eicon Diva 2.02 S/T (PCI). Expand this sub key and select the Vendor Specific key. This makes the current location in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\xxxx\0\Vendor Specific

Change the CardName entry to #0. Close the Windows system registry and reboot the computer.
