Summary

Prior to TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2, the ttdb5to7.exe and ttdb7to8.exe database conversion utilities were installed during the TASKE Contact installation. With the release of TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2, these utilities are no longer installed, but are available for download from the TASKE FTP site. The ttdb5to7.exe and ttdb7to8.exe utilities are required to convert the toolbox.cde file to the version 8.x format.

Upgrading from TASKE ACD ToolBox Version 5.x to TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2

For sites upgrading from TASKE ACD ToolBox Version 5.x to TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2, both ttdb5to7.exe and ttdb7to8.exe must be run on the TASKE server computer. After performing the upgrade of the TASKE server components, click each of the links below and save the files to the \taske8 folder on the TASKE server computer.

After saving the files, run ttdb5to7.exe and ttdb7to8.exe, in this order, to convert the toolbox.cde file to version 8.x format.

Upgrading from TASKE ACD ToolBox Version 7.x to TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2

For sites upgrading from TASKE ACD ToolBox Version 7.x to TASKE Contact Version 8.5, Upgrade Release 2, only ttdb7to8.exe must be run on the TASKE server computer. After performing the upgrade of the TASKE server components, click the link below and save the file to the \taske8 folder on the TASKE server computer.

After saving the file, run ttdb7to8.exe to convert the toolbox.cde file to version 8.x format.
