Important: TASKE Technology has ceased development on TASKE Announcer. This means that TASKE Technology Inc. and its business partners will not be quoting TASKE Announcer to new customers, however existing support agreements will be honored.

Summary

TASKE Announcer uses Intel® Dialogic® voice cards in the TASKE Announcer server computer to provide messaging and route callers. The latest version of the Dialogic voice card drivers certified by TASKE is DNA 5.1.1 and the currently supported Dialogic voice cards are:

  • D/41D

  • D/41H

  • Dialog/4

  • D/41E

  • D/160SC-LS

  • D/4PCI

TASKE is not currently certifying TASKE Announcer on any new Dialogic cards and some of these boards are discontinued. Contact Intel CorporationWeb link to check the status of the desired card and to verify the operating systems compatible with these boards.
