Summary
Sound files for TASKE Announcer (formerly Voice ToolBox) are easily produced with most sound editing software packages. To be compatible with the Intel Dialogic® voice cards, the files must be saved using the following parameters:
| File format: | .wav |
| Audio codec: | CCITT u-Law 8.000 KHz, 8-bit, Mono |
Save the sound files to the following location on the TASKE Announcer Server computer:
- \TASKE8\VoiceData\User
This folder is automatically shared during the installation of the Announcer Server. Saving the files to this location makes the sound files available on the User Sounds tab of the Messages, Decisions, and Quick Messages pages of the Announcer Administrator.
