| Applications: | TASKE Console |
| Telephone systems: | All |
Summary
This article provides instruction for adding the Blue Pumpkin Director-Essential (formerly PrimeTime) Integration Wizard to the TASKE Console Tools menu. Contact integrates with versions 2.1 and 3.0 of Director-Essential1. The instructions this article includes are:
The main operations the wizard performs are:
Exports Contact agents – creates a file of the agents in TASKE Administrator for import into Director-Essential. Director-Essential uses this file to create a list of agents to use for scheduling.
Exports Contact historical data – provides historical data gathered by Contact to Director-Essential. Director-Essential uses this data for forecasting.
Schedules a report generator – using the Microsoft® Windows Scheduled Tasks utility, creates a task that automatically generates a Contact report for the previous day and imports this information into Director-Essential.
For instruction on performing the integration2, refer to the Integration Reference for Blue Pumpkin Director-Essential and TASKE Contact. Contact TASKE Technology to inquire about receiving this document.
-
Version 8.5 of TASKE Contact is the last version to support the integration between TASKE Contact and Blue Pumpkin® Director-Essential.
-
To perform the integration, the site license must have the Workforce Management Integration option enabled. To use the Real-Time Agent Adherence Alarms after the integration is complete, the site must also have the Agent adherence monitoring license option enabled. Check your license options by clicking the Advanced button on the License tab of the TASKE Information Server. If these options are not enabled, contact TASKE Technology to inquire about these options.
Adding the Integration Wizard to TASKE Console
An entry to the Microsoft® Windows registry adds the Blue Pumpkin Director-Essential Integration Wizard to the Tools menu of TASKE Console.
| Important: the following tasks must be completed on the TASKE server computer. A system restart will be required. |

Changing the TASKE Integration Server Startup Type to Automatic
The TASKE Integration Server must be running for the data generation and exchange to occur between TASKE Contact and Director Essential. By default, the Integration Server is set to a manual startup type. This must be changed to automatic to ensure the data transfers occur on schedule.
To change the startup type of the Integration Server, open Console and select TASKE Integration Server from the list of components. Select Properties from the Action menu to open the TASKE Integration Server Properties window. Select Automatic from the Startup type list.
