Issue
You receive an "Unknown PBX Type" error during the server install process of TASKE Contact.
Reason
Even though you have uninstalled a previous version of TASKE software, InstallShield leaves behind some settings.
Solution
You must edit the registry to completely remove the previous installation of TASKE software.
To remove old registry settings, click the Start menu,
click Run and type regedit.
Click OK.
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version, Uninstall.
Of the alphanumerically labeled folders, select and delete the following if they exist:
