If you must move the TASKE installation from one computer to the other, you can maintain your settings and data files by moving the data files to the new computer.
Complete the server install of TASKE Contact as usual on the new server computer. Copy the data folders from the old computer to the new computer. The data folders are located in the TASKE8 folder. By default this is created as C:\TASKE8. The main site data is stored in the folder named SiteData. If you are also using TASKE WallSign, then copy over SignData. And if you are using TASKE Voice ToolBox, copy over VoiceData as well.
If you are upgrading from TASKE version 5, then go to C:\TTBX and copy the SMDR and ACD folders as well as the 10 .cde files to the new computer. Then run the database upgrade utility to convert your version 5 files to a compatible version 8 format.
