Summary

In the ACD Monitor, you have the option of displaying either Queue nicknames or Queue IDs for identifying queues within the application.

To view queue nicknames, in ACD Monitor, from the Properties menu, select Show Queue Nicknames. When a check mark is present beside the Show Queue Nicknames option the queues are identified using their nicknames. If a check mark is not present, the queues are identified using their IDs.
