In the ACD Monitor, the colors of the bars in the Current States report and the review graphs for the last hour, last 12 hours, last 24 hours, and the current day are fully customizable. By default the colors of these bars are presented in varying degrees of gray.
To customize the colors of the bars in these graphs, in the display of the graph, click the color tile in the Legend of the graph. In the Color dialog box select your preferred color.
