Issue

The ACD Monitor appears to be disabled, it has a grey haze over the agents and the Queue Panel.

Reason

When the ACD Monitor hasn't received any events from the telephone system after a given threshold it will grey itself out so that the user knows that the data they are viewing may be stale.

Solution

Click on the Info button in the Queue Panel. Check to see if there is a message that says, "An event timeout occurred on the CTI link for local site." This informs you that you have not received any data within the threshold set in the TASKE Administrator. You can change this time out threshold in Configuration Mode, click the Alarms button, enter a new value in the No SMDR records received field. Similarly, if applicable, enter a new value in the No ACD records received field.

Alternatively you can generate an ACD event, such as having an agent change state.
