Article 10037: Nothing to Report Error

Issue

User views a report in TASKE Reports by selecting View from the Report Template panel and an error appears stating: "Nothing to report on specified options."

Reason

TASKE Reports cannot find any data that matches the options selected in the report template.

Solution

  • Verify that you have selected a reporting option for which there is data (try reporting on Individual Trunks).
  • Check the date selected in the View Calendar (be sure you have selected the correct year as well) and try to open that day(s) in TASKE Search to verify that there is data available.
  • Check that your username has full access to the SiteData folder on the TASKE server computer. You can test this by attempting to create a new text file in \\<ServerName>\SiteData\.
