Summary

You can change the sound that plays in the ACD Monitor when an alarm condition is met using the Windows Sounds and Multimedia Control Panel.

Open the Sounds control panel. Select the Sounds tab. In the Program events list box scroll down to the TASKE threshold Alarms section. Select the event that you want to have a sound for and pick the sound from your computer's file system. You may also pick specific sounds for chat events by selecting program events from the TASKE Chat section.
