Summary
The following are some tips on some of the configuration options available to you when creating report templates in TASKE Reports.
Report Start and End Times
Reports show data limited by the start and end times set in TASKE Administrator. We recommend that the start time and the end time be a minimum of 1 hour outside the regular call center hours on both ends.
To change the start time and end time for your reports, in TASKE Administrator click the Report Options button on the main control panel in Database mode. Change the values for Start time and End time.
Weekly Reports
To change the first day of the week in weekly report templates, use the TASKE Administrator to change the report option. in TASKE Administrator click the Report Options button on the main control panel in Database mode. Change the selected day in the Week Starts On selection box.
Spectrum Reports
TASKE Reports generates spectrum reports that provide a spectrum, or profile, of the timing of calls into and around the call center. There are three types of spectrums: answer spectrums, abandon spectrums, and interflow spectrums.
To change the intervals used in the Spectrum reports, in TASKE Administrator click the Spectrums button on the main control panel in Database mode. Input the interval values (measured in seconds for each spectrum type) for each spectrum type.
