Question

Is the 'Time to Answer' included in the Voice ToolBox's Average Speed of Answer (ASA) calculation if a call interflows from another path?

Answer

The answer is yes, but you must edit the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TASKE\VoiceData\VoiceServer\IncludeInterflowInTTA

If it is set to '1' then 'Time to Answer' is included in ASA. Otherwise, set it to '0'.
