Summary
To monitor more than one queue in the same Queue Panel in ACD Monitor at a time, create a queue group in the TASKE Administrator. Add to this queue group as many queues as you want to monitor together.
Use this feature as a management tool. As an example, say you have 10 new employees. They’re all in different groups. You can create a queue group of their 10 queues to carefully monitor their progress. You can see which queue an employee is answering a call for by showing the Queue ID in the Agent States display.
