Using an intuitive browser interface TASKE Essential displays real-time call activity for monitored extensions. A manager can see whether an extension is idle, or being used for an inbound or outbound call. They can see the duration of the call and the number dialed, or the number of the calling party. Summary statistics display information like, calls abandoned, time spent on inbound calls, time spent on outbound calls and more, etc. The state colors and layout of the extensions can be defined by the user. This information presents a clear overall picture of phone events and usage.
