TASKE Desktop is an application that allows agents and supervisors to view real-time and historical data from their personal computers. This information helps employees stay cognizant of performance levels, make educated decisions on when to take breaks, and remain aware of how many calls are waiting in the queue. It also includes a built-in chat feature and allows each user to customize the application to have it work best for them.
