REPORTS FOR YOUR UNIQUE CALL CENTER'S NEEDS

The basic TASKE Contact package includes over 150 standard reports on call details, abandoned calls, individual agent activity, agent groups, extensions, trunks, queue groups, activity codes and more. But sometimes this just isn't enough. The TASKE Analytics options will give call centers alternative ways to assess their call center's performance.

Please note Analytics options are only available to Avaya and Cisco telephone system users.

Add-On Reports Catalog

  1. Callback Report
    Matches abandoned callers with those whom agents called back. Find out who your agents never managed to get back in touch with as well as how many times callbacks were attempted.
  2. Enhanced Abandoned Calls Report
    In addition to seeing who abandoned while waiting in Queue, see who hasn't recieved a callback yet, how many times they called in without being answered and how long before they abandoned.
  3. Extension Hold Drop Report
    Report on callers who hang up while on hold at an extension.
  4. Call Coding Report Set
    Purchase the Agent-Assist utility and enable your agents code all their calls. Agent-Assist purchase includes a set of reports that allow you to view a summary of codes entered as well as agent compliance numbers.
SQL Call Database

TASKE keeps track of all the events of every inbound, outbound and internal call. Purchase the SQL Call Database option to have a Microsoft SQL database built which will give you open access to the details of each call. For example, create a summary of all calls that Agent 555 transferred to Agent 666. Or create a list of all calls that were put on hold for more than a minute. And much, much more. Now you can slice and dice your call information on your own, plus share the data with third party applications. You could also use commercially available software such as Crystal Reports to produce custom management reports.
