Data Warehouse

Combine our SQL Call Database and our Custom Report Writing to give you a full data warehouse solution. The TASKE Data warehouse contains all cradle-to-grave call records including call dispositions. Call records are available for inbound, outbound and extension-to-extension ACD and Non-ACD calls. It also contains summary level statistics for agents, queues and extensions. TASKE implements the data warehouse on a customer-provided Microsoft SQL database along with the facilities to automatically update the data.
