2011 International Avaya Users Group Conference

TASKE Technology Inc. is proud to be a Bronze sponsor of the inaugural conference of the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) to be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV from May 22 to 26, 2011. The IAUG conference is an annual event that unites thousands of telecom and information technology professionals from around the globe for training, featuring more than 200 valuable educational workshops presented by leaders in the industry. With more than 6,000 members, IAUG combines the previous Avaya and heritage Nortel user groups into one of the world's largest international organizations for communications technology professionals. IAUG Global Conference 2011 is the first gathering of this worldwide user community since the organization’s official launch in 2010.

At the TASKE booth (#233), representatives will be available to demonstrate the latest TASKE solutions to attendees.

Additionally, TASKE will be a featured presenter in the Customer Connections sessions, Tuesday May 24 from 9:45am – 10:45am. The session, entitled Multi-Site Elite ACD Reporting using AES and SQL , will feature Steven Gray, VP of Sales for TASKE Technology and Paul Berardis, Director of Telecom Services for Provado Technologies. They will discuss the design and architecture utilized to integrate call center data from 14 independent sites into a centralized SQL Server data warehouse.
