TASKE Contact update is now available
TASKE Technology announces an update to its award winning software, TASKE Contact version 8.8. This update improves upon the features already made available in 8.8, as well as introduces the following enhancements for existing Avaya Communication Manager, Iwatsu and Toshiba customers:
- TASKE Desktop minimizes its use of screen real estate by allowing the user to hide UI elements such as the toolbar and tab controls
- TASKE Desktop provides sorting for its agent and history displays
- Additional statistics available in reports such as average available agents
- Agent shift time available in the ODBC and export formats
