TASKE Technology has joined the Cisco Technology Developer Program. TASKE Technology’s TASKE Contact 8.8 has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 5.0.

As a member of the Cisco Technology Developer Program, TASKE is delighted to bring its 20 years of experience, insights and expertise to the UCCX market. With TASKE 8.8, call center managers worldwide can now rely on an industry-leading product for valuable extensions and enhancements to the UCCX application. Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, meets the needs of midmarket and enterprise branch or departmental companies that need easy-to-deploy, easy-to-use, secure, virtual, highly available, and sophisticated customer interaction management for up to 300 agents.

Now with TASKE Contact 8.8, offered as an add-on to the UCCX solution, customers can expect a total call management solution, enabling managers and employees to respond dynamically to call center conditions and improve overall call center performance. With the ability to report on call activity, monitor call center agent performance levels, and respond immediately to changing call volume and agent availability, TASKE Contact 8.8 is a powerful management tool for everyday call center activities.
