TASKE Technology is announcing the official release of TASKE Contact 8.8. Customers currently enrolled in the TASKE Total Care Program can receive this upgrade for free!*
This release is likely to impress you as we have implemented many customer suggestions. Some of the new features include:
- the ability to monitor trunks and view calls waiting in real-time,
- extended features within TASKE Visualizer,
- more summary statistics for the real-time displays,
- the introduction of a new application, TASKE Desktop
Note this upgrade removes existing Windows-based TASKE applications (such as ACD Monitor and Reports) from your computer, replacing them with a web interface, which typically provides better performance at a reduced administrative cost.
