the Release of
TASKE Contact Version 8.7
TASKE
Technology is pleased to announce that TASKE
Contact version 8.7 is available as a controlled release product.
With version 8.7 of TASKE Contact, TASKE offers call center supervisors
even more flexibility in managing their call centers. As a web-based
solution, TASKE Contact provides global access to contact center
data. Some of the new features of version 8.7 include:
- Improved agent and queue real-time displays -
shows an agent's daily summary statistics in addition to their
current state; shows performance indicators in queue display
to reveal instantly when overall performance is falling outside
of set goals
- Highly customizable - choose what you want
to see where; users can collect real-time and review information
into one Home page view giving a clear picture of the state of
the contact center; change logos and colors to use a corporate
look and feel
- DisplayCentral - a new application for displaying
call center statistics as well as corporate data on a large screen
display (plasma, LCD, or projector technologies)
- Agent drill down - click the real-time display
of any agent to view a cradle-to-grave report of all their call
activity
- Audible alarms - in addition to color, select
a sound to play when a threshold is exceeded to garner even more
attention
- New reports - over 150 reports have been
enhanced to include new forecasting, DNIS, and extension group
reports; alternatively, use the ODBC driver or XML interface
to generate custom reports to suit individual requirements
- PDF reports - email reports as PDF formatted
attachments, or one of many alternative formats
- Enhanced administrator features - system administrators
can choose to receive an email when things go awry, troubleshooters
have been enhanced, error reporting improved... all to make finding
problems fast and to help rectify them even faster
All customers with a current subscription to the TASKE Total Care
Program are eligible to upgrade to TASKE Contact 8.7 at this time
by completing the upgrade
