End of support notice for TASKE Contact Version 7

TASKE Technology is constantly incorporating improvements, both large and small, to its solution portfolio. These enhancements are designed to increase the value of your technology investment and to ensure a continuation of support for your critical business applications.

Originally released in 1999, TASKE Contact Version 7 (previously known as TASKE ACD ToolBox) has now effectively reached its end of life and consequently, technical support will no longer be offered on any 7.x version effective July 1, 2005.

From this date, the following support services will no longer be available for Version 7.x users; technical support, per incident support, software patches or updates or design level support. All customers currently using TASKE Contact Version 7.x will be required to upgrade to the latest release to continue to obtain technical assistance.

Customers who have a current Total Care subscription and are still using this release will be required to upgrade to the latest release of software to ensure the continuance of support services.

Any Version 7.x customer that is not currently covered by a TASKE Total Care subscription can take advantage of the Total Care Spring promotion that allows them to re-new their TASKE Total Care subscription without any re-enlistment penalty until the end of May 2005.
