Iwatsu introduces TASKE Essential

Iwatsu Voice Networks is pleased to announce the release of TASKE Essential, a cost effective, browser-based monitoring and historical reporting product that works with both the Enterprise-CS and ADIX® APS.

Unlike its "big brother" TASKE Contact, which is designed for use in call centers, TASKE Essential provides the ability to monitor employee telephone usage in real-time and report on extensions, departments, and trunks. For this introduction we created a special package including TASKE Essential and the IX-HCIF card.

Because TASKE Essential is browser-based, information can be accessed from any internet-enabled computer. Manager's on-the-go benefit from the flexibility and portability this provides to access, view, print or email reports from the office, home or while traveling.
