IEX and TASKE Complete Interoperability Testing

TASKE continues to expand their portfolio of partnerships, recently adding IEX Corporation to their growing list of industry partners.

A successful relationship between TASKE and their Distribution and Technology partners means customers maximize their TASKE investment through access to complementary, integrated solutions.

IEX Corporation and TASKE announced the completion of interoperability testing between their leading contact center solutions. Integration between the IEX TotalView® Small Center (SC) Workforce Management system and the TASKE Contact solution addresses the small-to-mid size center's need to quickly transform calling records into valuable data.
