TASKE introduces advanced call management for the Avaya PARTNER ACS

TASKE Essential utilizes the recently introduced API interface to deliver call management for the Avaya PARTNER ACS R6. This browser-based application provides the ability to monitor employee telephone usage in real-time and report on extensions, departments, and trunks.

Real-time extension monitoring and historical reporting of all telephone usage by individual employees or department, gives business managers and department supervisors the information they require to deal with changing business conditions.

TASKE Essential also includes Call Visualizer, a powerful cradle-to-grave call reporting tool. It simplifies call management by allowing users to create filters to search through thousands of call records and drill down to a specific call. Filters can be created that match call records by dates, times, call types, call activity, and resource participation such as extensions and trunks. Call details are then presented in a graphical timeline and tabular format.

TASKE Essential for PARTNER provides unlimited user access and monitoring unlimited extensions (up to the capacity of the PARTNER ACS). TASKE Essential is self-contained with no third party applications required. Installation is quick and easy.
