TASKE Essential Now Available for the Avaya MERLIN MAGIX

TASKE Technology Inc.'s employee performance management application, TASKE Essential, is now generally available for the Avaya MERLIN MAGIX®.

This cost effective, browser-based monitoring and historical reporting product is designed for the general business environment. It provides the ability to monitor employee telephone usage in real-time and report on extensions, departments, and trunks.

TASKE Essential gives business managers and department supervisors the information they require to deal with changing business conditions based upon real-time extension activity, and through historical reporting of all telephone usage by individual employees or rolled up by department.

The base package provides a single user license that enables real-time monitoring and reporting on up to 50 extensions. Additional extension licenses can be purchased in blocks of 50, and additional user licenses are also available. The base package also includes the Avaya CTI software. All that is required is an available MLX port on the MERLIN MAGIX.

TASKE Essential is self contained with no third party applications to install. This makes it quick and easy to install. Configuration is automated decreasing the installation time and reducing the possibility of errors or omissions.
