Update of TASKE Dealer Web Site

TASKE has just launched a new site specifically for TASKE dealers! This online resource is designed especially with the dealer in mind. It's loaded with information on TASKE solutions, upgrades and with an excellent selection of resources to make sales that much easier.

Our exciting new material is designed to help answer your questions:

  • Don't know what to say about TASKE? TASKE has created a multitude of high quality PowerPoint presentations on contact center fundamentals, positioning the TASKE product line and the ins and outs of our various products for your exclusive use.
  • Need to demonstrate ROI? Leave your prospect with a detailed ROI report using real information about the customers call volumes and agent numbers. This demonstrates the real savings of implementing TASKE Contact in any business.
  • Don't know what you need to order? First check out the telephone system diagrams to see exactly what you need to hook up with TASKE, then use the TASKE configurator - fill in the answers and it will pop out the required part numbers.
  • Looking to upgrade more easily? Use the new TASKE upgrade request form - fill in the form, download the software and if your customer needs a new license file, TASKE will email or ship the copy at your request.
  • Need to recover a customer's system? Now, you can not only download the most recent version of TASKE Contact, but previous ones as well, for a complete system recovery.

To access the new TASKE dealer site, visit http://secure.taske.com/ and request a username and password, if you don't already have one. You should receive your username and password within one business day. Passwords and usernames from the previous dealer site will still remain active.
