Avaya /TASKE Relationship now includes compliance on Avaya Communication Manager

TASKE Technology Inc. is building upon their success with Avaya™ Inc. and strengthening their position as an Avaya DevConnect premier partner. TASKE Management Solutions software has been compliant tested on the Avaya Communication Manager, which optimizes the Avaya S8100 and S8300 media servers.

Broadening their reach with an increase in Avaya platforms, this move jointly benefits Avaya and TASKE customers. Previously, for the Avaya product line, TASKE customers could only run TASKE software on the MERLIN MAGIX®. The Avaya compliance of TASKE now expands this to the Avaya Communication Manager. This protects the customer's business investments in TASKE Management Solutions software.

Now Avaya customers have more options in the type of Avaya systems they can use with their TASKE call management software. Customers can now seamlessly upgrade from the MERLIN MAGIX to Communication Manager or directly purchase TASKE Contact for the Communication Manager platform.
