Broadening their reach with an increase in supported Avaya platforms, this move jointly benefits Avaya and TASKE customers. Previously, for the Avaya product line, Avaya customers could only run TASKE software on the Avaya MERLIN MAGIX®. The Avaya certification of TASKE on the MultiVantage platform gives TASKE customers more upgrade options, and protects their investment in Call Management Solutionssoftware.

TASKE Contact is a flexible contact center management solution. Thousands of contact center supervisors around the world rely on TASKE Contact to help manage their agents, set and meet service levels, and provide vital management information on call activity.
