TASKE Technology Inc. and Left Bank Solutions

TASKE Technology Inc., has agreed to provide data collection integration to Left Bank Solutions' Monet workforce management system. Both companies are focused on providing innovative, cost effective contact center management applications for small and medium contact centers.

This new agreement allows Left Bank Solutions to leverage the TASKE integration with many leading telephone system manufacturers. This enables Monet to interface with TASKE supported voice switches and obtain real-time agent adherence and historical event data.

The data provided by TASKE gives Monet the capability to provide accurate call volume forecasts based upon actual historic call arrival patterns. The real-time information will be used to display agent adherence against the resource schedules defined in Monet as well as for the reporting of agent adherence.
